I have been making some delicious traditional German Bratkartoffeln (Fried Potatoes). It is one of the simplest and most deliciious traditional german receipts. And the one wher you can mess up the most. lol. It is said, that a Cook is only as good as his Bratkartoffeln. So, today i made some myself for, ok, not really the first time, but right for the first time.
